# What is AIsuru

Introduction to our platform

AIsuru is the platform of Memori s.r.l. for the creation, configuration and management of **conversational Agents based on artificial intelligence**. It allows companies and professionals to build customized AI assistants — trained on their own content, integrable into their own systems, deliverable through their own channels — without requiring data science or AI development skills.

Released in November 2021, AIsuru sits between generic language models (such as GPT or Claude) and the specific needs of companies and professionals. The platform makes it possible to build virtual assistants with a **proprietary knowledge base**, defined behavioral rules, an added layer of data security and integrations with external systems.

### The technological core: MemoriNLP

The engine behind AIsuru is **MemoriNLP**, Memori's proprietary NLP (Natural Language Processing) system. Trained in-house on encyclopedic corpora, MemoriNLP is optimized for **Italian, English and French** and can operate autonomously or in combination with external LLM models selected by the customer (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google Vertex, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). External LLMs are only enabled when the customer explicitly chooses to.

### Infrastructure and data sovereignty

The platform is designed to run entirely within the European Union. The core infrastructure is hosted in certified data centers in Italy, Ireland and Germany, all within the EU.

**Fundamental principle on data ownership:** The data entered into the platform — Agent content, conversations, uploaded files — remains the **exclusive property of the customer**. Memori does not collect, use or transfer such data to train, modify or improve its own models or those of third parties.
