# Delivery models

AIsuru plans and deployment options

AIsuru is available in four distinct delivery models, designed to meet the needs of organizations of any size and sector. Each model differs in its level of infrastructure isolation, operational control, data sovereignty and contractual profile.

**SaaS — Software as a Service**

The SaaS model allows immediate access to the AIsuru platform by registering at **aisuru.com**. Memori delivers the service on its own managed cloud infrastructure, taking care entirely of maintenance, updates and security. The customer accesses the platform through a browser and immediately starts building and managing their own Agents, with no local installation.

The SaaS model suits individual professionals, teams, developers and SMEs that don't need dedicated infrastructure isolation. Customers sign up by accepting the public Terms and Conditions at registration, and usage is managed through a credit system.

**PaaS — Platform as a Service**

The PaaS model offers organizations a **dedicated tenant** on the AIsuru platform, with a custom domain (e.g. ai.company.com), self-service user management, custom branding and greater control over configuration. The tenant's data is logically isolated from other customers.

The customer has an **advanced administration panel** to manage users, permissions and consumption, configure conversation retention periods, enable or disable specific features and configure LLM providers with their own API keys. Suited to **companies with specific customization or compliance requirements**. Contracting takes place through a customized commercial agreement.

**Private Cloud**

The Private Cloud model deploys the AIsuru platform on cloud infrastructure physically dedicated to the customer and hosted by a specialized cloud provider (e.g. in Italy, EU). It guarantees the highest level of physical data isolation from other customers, while leaving the management of the infrastructure to the specialized provider — with no operational burden for the customer.

It is the ideal solution for **organizations with specific information protection requirements** that do not want to manage the infrastructure in-house but need greater physical segregation than standard PaaS.

**On-Premise**

The On-Premise model installs the AIsuru platform directly on the customer's IT infrastructure, at the site and in the geographic region defined by the customer. Memori acts as system administrator for the AIsuru application component, with technical access to the platform for maintenance and support purposes; responsibility for infrastructure security remains with the customer.

A solution suited to **organizations with absolute data sovereignty requirements**, regulatory constraints that prevent the use of external clouds, or air-gapped environments completely disconnected from the internet. Ideal for public-sector bodies, regulated sectors (healthcare, finance, defense) and companies with very strict security policies. Contracting takes place through a software license agreement and a maintenance agreement.
