# Credits and consumption

How the AIsuru SaaS credit system works

The use of AIsuru in SaaS mode (on [aisuru.com](https://aisuru.com)) is governed by a Credit system: every activity carried out on the platform consumes a predefined amount of Credits. This page lists the numerical values currently in force, referenced by the General Terms and Conditions for the use of AIsuru in SaaS mode.

**Credits granted for free**

**A note on consumption transparency**

The credit system is designed to be predictable: each operation has a fixed, declared cost, with no hidden variations based on the artificial intelligence model used by the Agent or the complexity of the request. You can check your remaining balance and consumption history at any time from the AIsuru dashboard.

For the PaaS, Private Cloud and On-premise plans, the management of credits and consumption may follow different conditions, defined in the specific commercial agreement — see Delivery models.
