They are written in plain language while keeping the necessary legal precision. ### What the Terms and Conditions cover The AIsuru Terms and Conditions govern, among other things: * How the platform is accessed and used * The rights and obligations of Memori and the user * Intellectual property in the content and the platform * Memori's limitations of liability * The economic conditions for the SaaS model (credit system) * The rules for creating and managing Agents * The conditions for suspension or closure of the account * Jurisdiction and governing law (Italian law) ### Applicability by delivery model | Model | Main contractual document | | ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **SaaS** | Public Terms and Conditions (accepted at registration) | | **PaaS** | Customized commercial agreement (supplements the T\&C with specific conditions) | | **Private Cloud** | Customized commercial agreement + conditions of the dedicated provider | | **On-Premise** | Software license agreement + maintenance agreement | {% hint style="info" %} For PaaS, Private Cloud and On-Premise models, the specific contractual conditions are defined during the commercial negotiation and may supplement or specify what is provided in the general T\&C.
