# Systemic Risk Management Analysis

Systemic risk assessment of the GPAI model of Memori s.r.l. pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

Memori s.r.l. publishes and keeps up to date the documentation on the systemic risk analysis of its GPAI model (MemoriNLP), in accordance with Chapter V of the European AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). All documents are drafted with methodological rigor and in accessible language, with the aim of ensuring full transparency towards users, customers, partners and supervisory authorities.

### What this report is

The report documents the analysis process carried out by Memori s.r.l. to verify whether its GPAI model (MemoriNLP), which underpins the AIsuru platform, presents systemic risk characteristics under Article 51 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The methodology adopted follows the GPAI Code of Practice and combines quantitative technical criteria with a qualitative analysis for each type of risk.
