It contains all the technical, computational and training data information the AI Office needs to exercise its supervisory functions over general-purpose AI models. ### What the AIO document contains * **Complete provider identity:** company name, URL endpoint for model authenticity * **Detailed architecture and technical specifications:** fastText + DistilBERT design, training parameters, decision rationale * **Exact model size** * **Training data — full detail:** how they were obtained, exact number of tokens, scope and characteristics of the corpus * **Anti-bias and inappropriate-content measures:** analysis of systemic issues and countermeasures adopted * **Computational resources** * **Energy consumption and inference benchmarks:** training and inference with measurement methodology * **Distribution channels and license:** all delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, Private Cloud, On-Premise) ### How to request the AIO document The AIO document is **not public** and is not distributed proactively. It is made available exclusively upon formal request by the AI Office (AIO), on its own initiative or at the request of the NCAs. Requests must state the legal basis and purpose, and concern only the elements strictly necessary for the exercise of the AIO's functions. * **Authorized party:** exclusively the European AI Office (AIO) * **Procedure:** formal request stating the legal basis and purpose * **Handling:** under Art. 78 of the AI Act (confidentiality and trade secrets) * **Memori contact:** — subject "AIO Request – MemoriNLP" {% hint style="warning" %} The information contained in the AIO document is protected by the confidentiality clause and trade secret protection provided for by Art. 78 of the AI Act.
