# Where is my data hosted?

All AIsuru platform data resides in the European Union and remains the sole property of the customer.

Memori has deliberately chosen to locate the entire infrastructure of the AIsuru platform in the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR and to ensure the highest level of protection for customer data.

### Main infrastructure

The AIsuru architecture is based on the following providers, all with data centers within the EU:

| Component                      | Provider                    | Country      | Region       |
| ------------------------------ | --------------------------- | ------------ | ------------ |
| Main platform applications     | AWS                         | 🇮🇹 Italy   | EU           |
| Agent files and assets         | AWS S3                      | 🇮🇪 Ireland | eu-west-1    |
| Security and malware scan      | AWS GuardDuty               | 🇮🇪 Ireland | eu-west-1    |
| MCP Gateway database           | Dedicated EU cloud provider | 🇩🇪 Germany | eu-central-1 |

### LLM providers and data localization

If the Customer configures an Agent with generative AI, queries are processed by the selected LLM provider. The providers with native or EU-available processing are:

* **Mistral AI** — France, EU (native)
* **Microsoft Azure OpenAI** — EU regions available (e.g. Sweden Central, West Europe)
* **Amazon Bedrock** — EU regions available (e.g. eu-central-1)
* **Google Vertex** — EU regions available

For **OpenAI** and **Anthropic** (providers headquartered in the USA), queries transit to American data centers. However, both providers commit not to use API data for model training. For OpenAI, the Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy is available on request.

{% hint style="info" %}
The LLM provider is activated only if the Customer explicitly configures the generative AI feature on their Agent. Without an LLM configuration, responses are generated exclusively by Memori's proprietary NLP system (MemoriNLP), which operates entirely on EU infrastructure.

### Delivery models and data residency

* **SaaS / PaaS:** data on AWS infrastructure, entirely in the EU
* **Private Cloud:** data on physically dedicated infrastructure with a specialized EU provider
* **On-Premise:** data entirely on the Customer's infrastructure, at the site defined by the Customer
