How do we process personal data?

### Information on the processing of personal data

MEMORI S.R.L., as data controller, informs its users how their personal data is processed, in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "GDPR").

### Data controller

Memori S.r.l., with registered office at Via Gramsci, 1, 40051 Altedo (BO), VAT no. 03623961202, reachable at the email address <info@memori.ai>, is the data controller with respect to the personal data described in this notice.

### Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to the processing, by the controller, of the personal data of users who register on the AIsuru platform in order to create and manage conversational agents based on artificial intelligence (hereinafter the "Data Subjects").

**Data processed**

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: registration data (username, email, date of birth), data from conversations with AI Agents and technical session metadata. Billing data is collected only for SaaS users.

**Purposes**

Data is processed to provide the requested services, offer support, comply with legal obligations and defend the controller's rights in the event of a dispute.

**Retention**

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable law.

**Your rights**

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or receive in portable form your data, as well as to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority ([www.garanteprivacy.it](https://www.garanteprivacy.it)).

**Data transfers**

Data is processed mainly within the European Union. In the event of a transfer to third countries, the safeguards provided for in Article 46 of the GDPR are adopted.

### Changes and updates

This notice is valid from the effective date indicated at the bottom. The Controller may make changes and/or additions to this notice, including as a result of regulatory updates. Changes will be notified in advance, and the latest version of the notice is always available on the site.
