# EU data residency

Your data always stays in the EU.

Memori s.r.l. has deliberately chosen to locate the entire infrastructure of the AIsuru platform within the European Union. This choice is not dictated solely by GDPR regulatory compliance, but reflects a concrete commitment to data sovereignty and the protection of end users' privacy.

### LLM providers and data residency

When the Customer configures an AIsuru Agent with generative AI features, user queries may be sent to the selected LLM providers. Data residency depends on the chosen provider:

### Delivery models and data residency

Data residency may vary depending on the chosen delivery model:

* **SaaS and PaaS:** shared Cloudsome/AWS infrastructure, all data centers in the EU
* **Private Cloud:** physically dedicated infrastructure at a specialized provider (e.g. WIIT, Italy, EU); greater physical isolation
* **On-Premise:** data resides entirely on the Customer's infrastructure, at the site and in the region defined by the Customer; Memori has no access to operational data
