# Acceptable Use Policy of the AIsuru Platform

Rules for the responsible and lawful use of the AIsuru platform.

Memori s.r.l. designs and operates the AIsuru platform with the aim of ensuring an ethical, safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is not just a formal requirement but an operational commitment built into every stage of the development and delivery of the service.

**Fundamental principle:** AIsuru is a technology tool. Every Agent created on the platform is a distinct product for which its creator is responsible. Memori provides the platform; the customer is responsible for how it is used.

### Scope and Parties

The AUP applies to all parties that interact with the platform, with distinct roles and responsibilities:

**Acceptance method:**

* Individual users → checkbox at registration
* B2B customers → signing of the license agreement
* API developers → acceptance when the API key is generated

### Fundamental Principles

**Human-First** AI technology empowers people without replacing their judgment in critical decisions. Human oversight is always possible. Medical, legal and financial decisions require professional validation.

**Responsibility and Accountability** Whoever creates an Agent is responsible for its behavior. The creator configures, monitors and corrects. Memori provides the secure platform and steps in on clear violations. Responsibility follows creation.

**Transparency and Disclosure** End users have the right to know they are interacting with an AI. Every Agent must identify itself as such. AI outputs must not be presented as produced by humans.

**Privacy by Design** Data protection built in from the design stage. Collect only necessary data, use it for the stated purposes, delete it when no longer needed. Data remains the property of the customer: Memori does not collect it for training nor process it for its own models.

**Fairness and Non-Discrimination** Agents must not amplify bias. The creator is responsible for testing and correcting discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age or nationality.

### Permitted Uses

The AIsuru platform supports legitimate applications in many areas:

Commercial uses are permitted with an appropriate license: offering services to your own customers, integrating Agents into products, monetizing interactions. Reselling direct access without a specific agreement with Memori is not permitted.

### Prohibited Uses and Forbidden Content

Violations are classified by severity. The measures applied are proportionate to the category.

**ZERO TOLERANCE — Immediate termination + report to the authorities**

* CSAM and child sexual abuse material
* Terrorism and violent extremism
* Human trafficking and exploitation

**PROHIBITED — Illegal content and criminal activities**

* Trafficking of illicit substances
* Illegal sale of weapons
* Fraud and scams
* Money laundering
* Malware and cyber attacks
* Distribution of pirated content
* Counterfeit documents

**PROHIBITED — Violence and incitement to harm**

* Credible threats against people or groups
* Promotion of suicide or self-harm
* Hate speech based on protected characteristics
* Harassment and cyberstalking
* Pornographic deepfakes and revenge porn
