# ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

The certification that ensures that Memori's processes — from development to support — are documented, controlled and geared towards continual improvement.

### What it is

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. It requires organizations to demonstrate their ability to provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable regulations, through documented and systematically improved processes.

### What it concretely guarantees

**Customer requirements management**

Before starting any development or configuration, Memori formally collects, analyzes and reviews customer requirements, documenting them in the management system. Requirements are verified against:

* What the customer has explicitly requested
* What the customer needs but has not expressed
* Current laws and regulations (GDPR, AI Act)
* Memori's internal quality standards

**Controlled software lifecycle**

The development of the AIsuru platform follows a documented process that includes:

* **Planning:** roadmap defined by the CTO and CEO, with time estimates and resource allocation
* **Development:** code developed with "security by design" principles and mandatory code review before every merge
* **Testing:** over 2,000 automated tests run before every release
  * \~600 for the Engine (SharpMemori)
  * \~400 for the Backend (MemoriAI)
  * \~1,400 for the Frontend (dashboard, API client, components)
* **QA:** the QA team performs extensive testing starting from user stories
* **Release:** automatic deployment via Bitbucket Pipelines with blue-green deployment to ensure service continuity

**Nonconformity management**

When a problem emerges — a bug, a security anomaly, customer dissatisfaction — a documented process is triggered for:

1. Identification and classification of the nonconformity
2. Cause analysis
3. Definition of corrective actions
4. Verification of the effectiveness of the actions taken

**Monitoring and continual improvement**

Quality is measured through concrete indicators monitored with dedicated tools:

* **Sentry:** detection and analysis of unexpected errors
* **Uptime Kuma:** service availability monitoring
* **Kibana:** log aggregation and resource monitoring
* **Injest:** HTTP call tracing

**Supplier management (outsourcing)**

Critical service providers (cloud, LLM, translation and speech services) are qualified, monitored and managed according to ISO 9001 requirements, with contractual agreements that define the expected service levels.

**After-sales and support**

The after-sales support process is documented and includes:

* First-level support through Manuela, the official AIsuru AI Agent, available directly in the platform to answer questions and guide users
* Collection of requests at <ccare@memori.ai>
* Classification and prioritization
* Escalation to the technical team when necessary
* Feedback to the customer and documentation of the solution
* Retrospective analysis to prevent recurrence

### Audit and management review

ISO 9001 requires a periodic **management review** that assesses:

* The status of quality objectives
* Customer feedback
* Nonconformities and corrective actions
* Improvement opportunities
* The resources needed
